Rothy's at Walt Disney World - A Review

On our last trip to Walt Disney World, I wore my Rothy's for the first time.  Walking all day at Disneyworld is no joke -  you have to have shoes that can support your feet for the 20,000+ steps you will probably be walking!  

Comfort is a priority for me, but I also have a few other criteria for shoes at Disney: 

1. Style - they have to be cute.  I am often Disneybounding at Walt Disney World, so I need my shoes to match my outfit and be stylish.  
2. Rain resistant - It's likely to rain when you are at Walt Disney World, so your shoes need to be able to handle being wet.  Wet socks are no fun, and I need shoes that will dry quickly.  
3. Easy to clean.  Walking (and sweating) all day can make for some stinky shoes - not to mention all the dirt and grime (and germs!) that get all over your shoes at Disneyworld.  I need shoes that I can easily clean once we leave Disney.  

I wanted to wear my new Rothy's to test them out at a day in the parks.  I know they are stylish and rain resistant, and they are easy to clean - you just toss them in the washing machine and out they come - good as new!  What I didn't know is if they would be comfortable to walk in all day.

I wore them on 2 different days - one day at the Magic Kingdom and one day at Epcot.  To be honest - much of the time I forgot I was supposed to be noticing how they felt - I just enjoyed the day with my family!  They were cute and comfortable - and while I didn't have to test out the rain resistance (thank goodness!) - I was so happy to be able to throw them in the washer when we got home!

My feet were tired at the end of the day, but they didn't hurt, and they weren't any more tired than when I wear any other shoes to Disneyworld!  I will definitely be packing Rothy's for future Disney trips, and I am planning what colors I need for disneybounds!  I'm definitely thinking I need yellow next!

I love the Rothy's flats because I like the style of ballet flats; however, there are loafers and even sneakers that may be more your style - and they are machine washable too!
