Savor Life

So my New Year's Resolution for 2012 unfolded slowly over the past few weeks.  I have realized that I spend far too much time dreaming about the life (or job, or closet, or clothes, or house) I would like to have.  This causes me to neglect and not appreciate the life and things I DO have.

So here it is, and it just came to me one morning on the way to work:

Savor and enjoy the life 

you DO have 

rather than obsess about the life 

you think you want!

"It is better to be satisfied with what you have than always be wanting something else." 

Ecclesiastes 6:9

"Relish life with the spouse you love each and every day of your precarious life.  

Each day is God's gift."
